Francesco Nicoletta, Sr.Original Owner and PresidentFrancesco Nicoletta, Sr. started up Nicoletta Building and Remodeling in the 1960's. Growing over the years, Frank then incorporated this company in 1996 as Nicoletta Building Contractors, Inc. becoming the largest bonded commercial construction company in Wayne County. Some of the early construction projects included major capital school improvements, fire departments, daycare centers, public libraries, multi-senior citizen housing projects, medical centers, NYS State Police barracks and government office buildings. During his 40 year career as a general contractor, Frank took great pride in his business with the satisfaction of knowing that his name was associated with the construction of many quality buildings and custom homes built throughout the Central New York area. Frank Nicoletta Sr., passed away in 2010. His legacy continues on with his sons that have since carried on his passion of general contracting and property management.
